Because some stages of the production process are still manual, there is a size tolerance of approximately ±1–2 cm.

Ingredient information is listed in each product's description.
Is the product color the same as in the photo?
We try to display product colors as accurately as possible, but lighting conditions during product photography and differences in screen displays may cause slight color variations.
Is the product in stock?
Stock status is displayed in real-time on every product page. You can contact Customer Service directly if you wish to reconfirm.

How do I place an order?
Select the product, specify the variation/size, and the desired quantity, then click the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button.
Can I change an existing order?
Orders can only be modified before they are processed by the Warehouse team. Contact Customer Service for further inquiries regarding order changes.
Is there a minimum purchase?
There is no minimum purchase. However, you have the opportunity to get discounts on delivery service fees, as well as other attractive promotions if you reach a certain minimum purchase amount.
Can I buy in bulk?

Exchanges & Returns
Can the product size be exchanged?
Yes, products can be exchanged for a different size according to the terms and conditions. And as long as the product to be exchanged is still available.
What is the deadline for submitting the exchange request?
Maximum 7 days after product received.
What are the conditions for product exchange?
Product unused, unwashed, with tags still attached, and packaging in good condition. Include an unboxing video when requesting a product exchange.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect product?
Please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the product. Include an unboxing video of the package and photos of the product.
